Yes, you will need to provide skip traced lists. We can recommend several good companies!

We can submit the leads to either your Podio or a Google Sheets.

We email over daily and weekly reports.

We have full time quality assurance and sales managers. All calls are recorded and listened to daily. Our agents also get receive daily training to ensure they are providing the best quality and they statistically monitored.

As soon as you submit your deposit we will begin training a caller or callers to fit your business. This generally takes 2-3 days.

Our agents speak primarily English, and Spanish. If our clients have a need for other languages we can accommodate them accordingly.

It depends on the provided list. Even a high-performing agent can get only 1 or 2 leads from a bad list. However, we provide Data Mining Lists for poor lists to ensure that you get at least 4-5 leads per agent daily.
